Where to live abroad – my top locations

How time flies… Before I know it, it’s been almost 5 months since my last post. That’s the time I’ve dedicated to growing my international property business. Anyone who knows me and reads the blog knows that I have been dividing my time between Poland and Spain since the beginning of this year.

However, I’ve been harbouring the idea of returning to blogging for you for some time now, and the perfect opportunity to post something again is today 🙂 Why?

6 years of the Mr Luxury blog

Exactly six years ago, on my birthday on 7 September, I published my first text on the blog. The idea of writing about all things luxury had been germinating in my head for several years, and I considered my birthday a great zero point.

That’s why returning to writing just today after a long break is not only a joy for me, but also a commitment to get back to publishing regular content for you again.

And what have I prepared for today? As I mentioned, for the past few months I have been working intensively on the development of my Crystal House office abroad. Therefore, today I will briefly describe for you the top locations outside Poland worth your investment.

Overseas flats – where to invest?

More and more of our compatriots are looking for investment opportunities outside of Poland, and foreign real estate is one of the most popular choices. Here is a list of 5 countries worth considering as locations for such an investment.

1. Spain

This had to be the first country on my list 😉 The property market in Spain is relatively stable and offers attractive prices compared to other European countries. In addition, there are government and local government programmes that support foreign investment. The great assets of the country of Cervantes are, of course, the beautiful beaches, Spanish culture and cuisine, a great road network, numerous international airports and a very bearable cost of living.

What to buy: apartment flats and luxury villas in and around Marbella.

2. Portugal

Spain’s smaller – but not at all younger – sister in the Iberian Peninsula is also a very attractive destination for Polish investors. It has all the advantages of Spain – food, culture, weather, nature or history – but is slightly smaller and a tad less popular. However, destinations such. as the Algarve are a popular destination not only for holidays, but also for real estate.

3. France

The riches of France could be shared by at least a few other countries when it comes to amazing properties. There’s the beautiful Côte d’Azur with its wonderful, picturesque towns such as Saint-Tropez, Cannes or Villefranche-sur-Mer. There are typically Alpine resorts like Chamonix or Megeve. And, after all, these fantastic locations are not everything – there is also culture, gastronomy, history, nature…. It is definitely worth investing your money in this country.

4. Croatia

Until recently, Croatia was mainly associated with a cheap holiday destination, but this is a thing of the past. For some time now, Croatia has been among the countries worth investing in real estate located along the coast. Which, all in all, should come as no surprise, as it is a beautiful country in the south of Europe with a coastline of more than 6200 km.
