There was a time when Poland was dotted with manor houses, mansions and palaces. Noble and aristocratic residences captivated with their beauty and fine architecture. Unfortunately, numerous wars led to many of these buildings being destroyed. Those who managed to survive the turmoil of history often fell into disrepair due to poor management.
And although the winds of history have blown hard across our country, some residences, palaces and castles have been restored to their splendour. One of them is the castle in Przecław, which has recently been offered by my company Crystal House.
A few words on Przecław
Przecław is a small, charming town located in the southeast of Poland among picturesque hills. The first mention of this village dates back to the 12th century. For many years it belonged to the Ligięz family, who built the first wooden manor house. In its place, a brick building was erected by Andrzej Koniecpolski.
A beautiful Renaissance residence
The elegant Przecław Castle and Park Complex is one of the most valuable historical sites in the Mielec and Podkarpacie regions, which captivates with its unique atmosphere and luxury.
The castle is located on a hill above the Wisłoka valley. This one of Poland’s most beautiful Renaissance aristocratic residences is set in a 10-hectare picturesque English-style park, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The 16th-century building, together with a 19th-century outbuilding, impresses with the original design of the historic interiors. Nowadays, the building operates as a hotel, and its historical value and the works of art preserved in it oblige to maintain the highest standards. Part of it is open to the public as a museum.
There are five rooms in the restored 19th-century outbuilding. Three of them are suites consisting of a living room, bedroom and bathroom, the other two are double rooms with bathrooms. The comfortable and cosy suites owe their warm atmosphere to the individually designed, carefully selected furnishings and luxurious details.
The castle is a four-storey building. The basement houses the conference and event space, which is ideal for both business and family events. A restaurant, a kitchen with technology rooms, social facilities, and office space are on the ground floor. On the first floor, you can enjoy the museum-like chambers and one of the suites, while two suites are located in the attic.
This fantastic property is an ideal investment opportunity for someone who loves castle-like surroundings. The price of this exceptional residence is PLN 15,000,000.
