How are you after the New Year’s Eve craziness? I hope you have rested a bit and the new year started well for you. In the last days of 2021 I made a summary of the whole year and decided to share it with you. Especially since it was a really extraordinary time for me!
Crystal House stays strong
Crystal House, i.e. luxury real estate brokerage is still my most important business project. It has been a really good year for us – we have sold properties worth over 100 million PLN! At this point I would like to thank again all my team working for Crystal House – it is our common success!
The transactions closed included a timeless mansion in Konstancin-Jeziorna (offer price 20 000 000 PLN), a beautiful house in Żoliborz (offer price 4 950 000 PLN), a Masurian farmhouse in Skop (offer price 4 700 000 PLN) or a modern house in Stare Babice municipality (offer price 2 890 000 PLN).

Being part of the “Like a Bo$$” TV show
In December TTV started broadcasting a new show “Like a Bo$$”. I have the pleasure of being one of the protagonists of this TV series about the lives of guys like me – consistently striving for goals and committed to their work and plans.

I let the TTV crew not only into my professional life, but also into my private life. And I must admit that it was a new experience for me. Overall, I am very happy with my participation in the programme and I hope that you enjoyed it, too. Especially that you could get to know me from a slightly different perspective 😉
Engagement with Isa
The success in professional life was accompanied by the joys of private life. At the beginning of September, during a trip to the beautiful Greek islands of Santorini and Mykonos, I proposed to Isa, and she said “yes”! It was one of the happiest days of my life!
My plans for 2022
I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t at least partially plan the highlights of 2022. And so they include:
- preparations for the wedding with Isa;
- development of my companies, i.e. the already mentioned Crystal House and SD Design;
- personal development – I would like to go back to learning to play my favourite instrument, the accordion, and work on my Portuguese
