An amazing residence in Konstancin

It just so happens that my company Crystal House trades a lot in Konstancin real estate. This small town near Warsaw – the favorite place of residence of the best-off Poles – is full of wonderful houses and mansions. And since I have already described this town several times, this time I will focus on an amazing mansion, which has been recently put on sale.

The residence is located in the best residential part of Konstancin, i.e. in Zone A. Its location provides quick access to all of Konstancin’s most important points and attractions. The house is designed in such a way that it practically blends in with the surrounding garden.

On the ground floor there is a spacious day zone with numerous exits to the garden. It combines two lounges, a dining room and a kitchen, inviting residents to spend time together. There are also discreetly hidden utility rooms – a pantry or a dressing room – as well as a winter garden.

The first floor is the family zone. There are four bedrooms, four bathrooms and three wardrobes that will allow you to organize your family life easily and pleasantly. Thanks to the well-thought-out separation from the rest of the house, the private zone is quiet and conducive to relaxation. There is also a small gym.

In the attic there is a relaxation zone in the form of spacious wine cellars and a bar (over 50 m2) with an attached bathroom, as well as utility rooms – a laundry room, a storage room and a boiler room.

The residence is decorated in a minimalist style, warmed by wood and textiles with pleasant to the touch textures. There are also beautiful floors of oiled oak planks, calacata stone, travertine and underfloor heating. The winter garden with an area of over 30 m2 is also a huge advantage.

The property includes a garage for three cars. There is also a possibility of parking in the driveway (spaces for 6 cars).

Price-tag: 18 000 000 PLN.
